Gimp 2.4 released
It must be my lucky day. First, Google adds IMAP support to Gmail and now Gimp 2.4 has been released 
It’s been a long time coming and by the look of how slow their web site is performing, half the planet appears to be downloading it. It doesn’t look like the Windows Installer is ready just yet, but you can get the source from the Gimp web site.
